During my Christmas stay, I liked the fact that the hotel provided a well-decorated room with a beautiful view. The bed was comfy, and the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the hotel offered a decent breakfast spread that was enjoyable.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the parking situation was a hassle, and it was difficult to find a suitable spot.

I loved the hotel and its staff, friendly! Burgerak, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the property.

A fine base for exploring Kuantan. There was free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Nothing beats being in the venue. Free parking on-site was provided...

One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is the stunning panoramic view of the river. It adds a touch of tranquility to the overall experience and is particularly enjoyable during breakfast at the hotel's cafeteria, where guests can indulge in a mouthwatering spread of Asian and Western delights while immersing themselves in the peaceful scenery.

Rooms are clean.

Nothing to do in Kuantan. Some staff not friendly, some 'too friendly'. Pub was recommended on lonely planet. It was the weirdest place I have ever been.

It is an old hotel but it is centrally located in town. At least the carpet do not produce damp smell and the rooms are very well maintained. Me and my family like the river view and the restaurant provides excellent food for breakfast. We also like the outdoor 'drinking hole' facing the river with wide array of imported beers for those who enjoy a drink or two. The outdoor big screen tv was however not properly positioned and partly blocked by palm trees. The sound is also not up to par We would not hesitate to recommend any friends who wish to stay in Kuantan to check out this hotel.

The lift need to upgrade for it is too slow.

The Deluxe Twin-bed room was spacious and clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast options. Excellent value for money. Great location in the center of Kuantan with scenic views of the riverside. Walking distance to shops and amenities. Highly recommended for a vacation in Kuantan.

The location is strategic, easy access.View is quite nice,facing the big river. Facilities is good enough for me as the rates are considerably not so expensive. But what i impressed was the staff. My wife accidentally left her wrist watch when we checked out and she only noticed it when we're already halfway back to KL. I contacted the hotel, and the staff managed to find it and within 2 days, delivered to our address in KL via registered mail at their expenses. Its a wedding gift by the way, so I'm really grateful to the staff & management for their excellent services.

Not every room in the hotel have new furnitures like flat-screen tv as description on the page. Especially the old type shower head, cannot remove from wall and very inconvenience for us to shower for kids.

This hotel is definitely worth the money! The prices are very affordable, especially considering the great location in the heart of town. The attention to detail is superb, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had been upgraded to one with a view of the river. The basic amenities were all in excellent condition, including the flat-screen TV. And the breakfast spread, with its selection of Asian and Western dishes, was delicious.

All was well, no improvements needed.

I was at the hotel for one night only enroute to Terangganu on the next day. The staff was very helpful when I enquired about the route I should take to Terengganu, he even provided me with a road map and highlighted the road that I should follow. The food at the hotel's restaurant was wonderful and reasonably priced.

The hotel surrounding, especially the area that facing the river. The management should capitalise on this area. Renovate and butify the area, have more tables and chairs so visitors can enjoy the scenery while having their morning or evening tea, It has the potential to be a crowd puller.

The Hotel is just on the riverside of Kuantan river.Fishing activities including the Fishing competition organised by the local fishing club has made the riverside a haven for anglers. Staying in the Hotel is most convenient for travellers like us for the easy access either from K.Lumpur or K.Terengganu. Food stalls,restaurant and retail outlet are within walking distance.Parking area is gated with ample space in the vicinity. The staff are very friendly and has given us advise on direction to places we wish to visit.

Not much only the door lach (safety lach) is almost dismantle with one screw missing.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a delicious combination of Asian and Western dishes with a view of the river. This hotel truly understands how to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for its guests.

There was not a single aspect of my stay that I felt could be improved upon.

Room is clean. View of the Quantan river from the hotel is great. Furniture in the room is clean and new.
